Special Needs and CC Curriculum
Students with Special Needs in the Classical Conversations Community
Families who have children with special needs or learning differences such as dyslexia, dysgraphia, or autism can usually participate successfully in CC’s academic programs.
It is understood that no two students are identical, and not everyone learns in the same manner or pace. For this reason, parents are able to scale the assignments in the various CC programs to achieve the academic goals that they have for their students.
Parents of children with learning differences are encouraged to meet with their director to learn about specific strategies that they can employ to scale and modify the program in order to meet the needs of their students.

Resources to Assist with Visual Impairments
While we currently do not have resources developed specifically for the visually impaired, our Foundations Memory Work is available on CC Connected under the weekly memory work, and under Tutorials, as well an app. The app is titled Memory Work Tutorial and is available on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store.
While the memory work has been offered on CD, Classical Conversations is moving away from publishing CDs, DVDs and similar technology. As technology continues to change, the demand and the cost of producing products using these types of technology changes too. In order to steward resources as best as possible, we discontinue the technology types where the demand decreases significantly. We will only sell CDs while supplies last. You can check out the options at our bookstore click HERE.
Parents have access to digital copies of curriculum and guides for Foundations, Essentials, and the Challenge levels. Digital copies will provide parents with the ability to enlarge pages of the curriculum for easier reading. Access to digital copies of the curriculum and guides will be based on student enrollment.
If you, as a teacher, or your students have specific needs, we encourage you to contact us at customerservice@classicalconversations.com to see how we can help.
