Classical Conversations Community Transfer Guidelines

A transfer occurs when a family has paid a child/s application fee to a director of a licensed CC program at one community and then requests to move to another licensed CC program.

Tuition and fees are not transferable to other Classical Conversations communities. However, the application fee will be waived if a family moves and transfers to a new community that is more than 60 miles away. Again, tuition and fees (e.g. facility and supply) are not transferable. Enrollment fees are transferable. 

Families that wish to transfer to another community will need to have a conversation with their director about the transfer process. Please contact your director with any additional questions you may have about community fees and transfers.
