How to Return CC Bookstore Products
Returning Classical Conversations Bookstore Products
Customers may return unused, new, and in original packaging items for a refund or exchange within 90 days of purchase. Please fully review our return policy here before making a return.
All returns will need a Return Authorization Number (RAN) in order to process. Please contact our Customer Care team to initiate your return by emailing customerservice@classicalconversations.com. Packages received without a Return Authorization Number will not be refunded.
After emailing, a representative will respond to provide you with a RAN, return instructions, and a Return Information Form to include in your package. Please write your Return Authorization Number (RAN) on both the Return Information Form and the outside of your return package(s).
Once your package is received and your return processed, a customer care representative will contact you via email. Please allow extra time during our busy season of July-September to process your return.
Exchanges
We are only able to accept exchanges from directors who need to exchange a shirt size. Please contact customer care if information is needed on exchanging MM t-shirts.
Shipping Your Return
Please pack your return carefully, so that the potential for damage will be minimized. We recommend that you consider adding insurance to your package as Classical Conversations is not responsible for loss or damage of your items that occur during return shipping. If return materials are received damaged, they are subject to approval and may qualify for partial or no refund.
