How a student graduates from Classical Conversations

Students do not graduate from CC as we do not provide diplomas or graduation certificates. We are a homeschool support organization. Parents are responsible for assigning and keeping track of grades and credits, as well as complying with various state laws.

The CC curriculum can be used to successfully meet high school graduation and college entrance requirements. Parents need to work to ensure that their students are on track to meet all of their desired educational goals. Homeschool parents can issue a high school diploma to their students once they satisfy all of the requirements for high school graduation in their state.

Parents should always keep detailed records of their student’s academic coursework and community service. In addition, we strongly recommend that college-bound students consider test preparation courses for the CLT, ACT, and/or the SAT.

In addition, Classical Conversations hosts a National Commencement Ceremony every May in Southern Pines, North Carolina for all CC high school graduates. The commencement ceremony is optional and only has space for a limited number of registered graduates and their guests.
