Order Status August 2024

Thank you for reaching out to us and for shopping at the CC Bookstore! We are committed to shipping out orders as soon as possible. As parents prepare for the upcoming school year, summer months are always the busiest months for the bookstore.

Your estimated date at time of order was for order processing time and not shipping time. Our processing time is for August is generally 1-2 weeks.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from the carrier. Also, you can use the "Track​ Your Order" feature on our website that will update once the order is shipped. It does take a little bit of time to load in the tracking info, so please be patient.

Calling and emailing customer care will not speed up the process and we cannot expedite any orders.
