Missing Learning Center Content

Content appearing in CC Connected is based on a user’s role in the system. For example, a user may serve as a Support Representative and a Challenge Director. Here are a few solutions:

(1) Use the dropdown menu in the navigation panel (see image below) to choose the appropriate role for a task.



(2) Check the year selected in the filter toggle for Learning Center (be sure 2023 is selected.)

(3) Clear your web browser's cache. How to Clear Your Cache

(4) Make sure your web browser is up to date.
