Invoices Incorrect?

If your invoices are not showing the correct totals, please verify the type of community that you have. If your community is listed in CC Connected as a sub-licensed-type community, but you are not actually a sub-licensed-type community, then the SR will need to change it to the correct type. The SR can view this info under Community details. When many of the communities were created, they were accidentally entered as a sub-licensed-type community and a recent update now reveals that error and will cause those communities to have incorrect invoices.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are a Challenge Director, it’s possible that the community does have the correct tutor model if F/E has chosen to be a sub-license. Any Challenge Directors at that community will have incorrect invoices and there is nothing currently to do to fix that unless the Director notes the correct amount in the note box.
