Email or Password Not Recognized

Solution 1: If you received this message and your student(s) are already enrolled, please make sure that you are trying to log in at ccconnected.com. The invite link will not allow you to log in if your student(s) are already enrolled. Also, you can only change your password on ccconnected.com


Solution 2: Another issue could be that your invite was sent to a different email than your CC login.

For example, if your CC Connected login is ccfamily@emailaddress.com and your invite was sent to ccfamily2023@emailaddress.com then it will not work. Your Director will need to resend to the correct email that matches your CC Connected account from the 2022/2023 Academic Year. You do not need a new account each year.
