How to Update Your Contact Information in CC Connected
This article provides you with step by step instructions for how to update your contact information in the new CC Connected, including,
- Name
- Phone Number
- Address
- Email Address
A note to Directors, this information is needed for Office Depot to provide you with all to print maps, guides, and other resources available on My Office Depot.
Steps for Updating Your First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number in CC Connected
2. Double check that you are on your parent role, then navigate to the Account icon on the left sidebar.
3. Click on the Profile tab at the top of the screen.
4. From this screen you can update your first name, last name, and phone number. Click on the blue circle with an ^.
- Edit your information then click save.
- Your information has been updated. You can now exit the screen.
Steps for Updating Your Address in CC Connected
1. Follow steps 1-3 above in the above instructions.
2. Scroll down to the "Location" section and use the blue circle with the ^ sign to produce a pencil.
3. Click the pencil.
- Click Edit Location
From this screen you can update your street, city, state, postal code, and country of your address. Afterwards, click "Save" in the bottom right corner of the pop up window. Please know, addresses are generated via the UPS system and P.O.Boxes may not be accepted.
- Click the final save button
- Your information is now updated and you may exit the screen.
Steps for Updating Your Email Address in CC Connected
At this time users are unable to update their email address in CC Connected. We understand there are circumstances when this is needed; please know, IT is working diligently to resolve this issue.
