Verification Code Not Received or Working
The verification code expires in 10 minutes so make sure to complete the signup process in one sitting for the best results. Alternatively, you can close the window, go back to the email, and start the account creation process over. When you start over, it will send you a new code.
Here are other helpful tips:
Verification code not received: Please check your spam/junk mail folder. If it is not there, please have it resent.
Verification code not working: When you copy your verification code, please be sure that you only copy and paste the code without any additional spaces on either side of the code. Those spaces count as characters and will make the code invalid.
Please note: If you copy and paste a blank space, you cannot simply backspace and delete the blank space. You must go back and copy the code making sure to only highlight and copy the 16-digit code.
