Will the Right Now Media access be included in the new CC Connected?

Yes, Right Now Media access will be included with the new CC Connected. Right Now Media has something for everyone in your family—over 20,000 Bible studies, over 2,000 wholesome, educational, and entertaining videos for your kids, and accessible on all your favorite devices.

How is this new platform “Stick in the Sand”?

Stick in the sand is the idea of using the simplest means possible to teach within your circumstance. Sometimes the stick is a pencil, sometimes it is keyboard. For some parents, a mobile friendly online platform is the simplest means to self-educate. CC Connected is for parent equipping with the exception of the Foundations Memory Work tutorial.

When will this pricing structure be implemented?

The new pricing structure will begin in January 2022 and applies to the 2022–23 academic year. When families enroll for the 2022–23 academic year, they will receive access to the first six weeks of material for that year. At the same time, they have the opportunity to retain their subscription to the current CC Connected® system so as to continue having the support of Cycle 1, 2021-2022 second semester resources. The current CC Connected will remain functional through December 2022 in order to serve international families.

Will Tutors, Directors, or Team Leaders receive discounts to the enrollment fee?

The enrollment fee applies to all families; there are no discounts for any role.

Are there any additional fees?

State and local taxes may apply.

Will families be able to enroll in one program at a time in case all the Directors aren’t in sync with each other?

Yes, families will be able to go into CC Connected and enroll in each program as each Director enters the family’s information for their program.

How will background checks and Child Protection Policy be handled in the new CC Connected®?

Background checks and Child Protection Policy will continue to be managed by Human Resources outside of the new CC Connected system in order to respect personal privacy laws.

Where do I direct questions if I need more information about the new CC Connected?

If you have questions, your Team Leader is equipped to help answer those.

I have not been receiving the promised emails about the pricing structure or benefits. Where are they?

Please send an email to Customer Service, you may have opted out of Classical Conversations email communication. Customer Service can send you the emails.
