Classical Conversations Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase through our online bookstore, Parent Practicum, or book event, you may return your unused materials (such as books, merchandise, and unopened CDs or DVDs in salable condition) within 90 days of your purchase for a full refund of the purchased price and any applicable sales tax. However, shipping costs are not refundable.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Pearson Practice Test Materials (SAT 10 booklets)
  • Downloadable items such as MP3s, PDFs, eBooks, etc.
  • Opened CDs and DVDs, and tin whistles cannot be returned for refund unless you received them in damaged condition
  • Close-out items (These items are as-is purchases. No refunds or exchanges will be issued.)
  • iPad Apps purchased through iTunes

Group Orders & Discounts

If you return an item from a group order, please include the name of the person who placed the order in the notes section of the Return Information Form.  All refunds will be issued to the original purchaser on the order.

If your order qualified for a discount, you will receive a refund for the discounted purchase price of the items(s) on the order.

Exchanges

Classical Conversations materials may be returned for an exchange as long as the items follow the guidelines of our return policy above.  Please include the items you would like in exchange for your returned items in the notes section of the Return Information Form.  A new order will be created and your return credit applied.  A Customer Service representative will contact you to complete your exchange. 

Damaged & Defective Materials

If any of your Classical Conversations materials are received damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@classicalconversations.com.  We will contact you to send a replacement for your defective or damaged items.

Shipping Your Return

Please pack your return so that the potential for damage will be minimized.  We recommend that you consider insuring your package as Classical Conversations is not responsible for loss or damage of your items that occur during return shipping.
